Saw that car at Katie's yesterday. Saw the owner, too. A young guy. In fact I saw him walking around with a camera taking pictures and he seemed to be getting around just fine. I don't see why he needs handicap tags other than he's (very) overweight and maybe has some respiratory/cardiovascular issues.

There's an awesome older lady with an ATS V6 that lives at my complex but that takes the crown.
